How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wassally Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Es un muy buen producto , cumple lo que indica, Me cargo el telefono con poco sol, de 28 % a 58% en 1 hora un iphone 12 pro max, asi que cumple lo indicado, el tamaño es de 15x 20 ideal para transporte y ligero
Qualität scheint soweit gut zu sein - habe 60W Panel unter Herbstbedingungen bei leichten Wolken an kleiner Powerbank verwendet, klappt. Was effektiv an Ladeleistung rauskommt, kann ich jedoch nicht beurteilen. Würde Panel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Had a few solar panel chargers before and none perform as efficiently as this panel. On a cloudy day, this panel charges 2% within 10 minutes to a 10000mah powerbank. Pretty decent in my opinion. Construction quality seems very good too.

It charges even in cloudy weather, I use it inside behind a window, direct sunlight through the window glass is OK, the connected power bank is average for approximately 2 charges of a mobile phone. The power bank has its own small 4 panels (opening book) + this 50w panel connected to the charging port recharges from one diode to 4 diode indications in about 2 days, 1 day turns 1 line into about 3 indication lines, these are data for a rather cloudy sky, clear sun would be better, but this is the weather in my area, outside compared to behind the glass it is a little better.

포장 상태도 좋고 제품이 내구성도 있어 보인다. 일단 DC 출력이 된다는 것도 매력이 있고 USB C 타입으로 출력되는 것은 어제 태양이 떠 있을 때 측정해 보니 최대 22w까지 나오는 것을 확인했다. 향후 케이블을 바꾸거나 기기를 바꿔서 더 테스트해 보는데 태양광 패널의 특성상 태양의 밝기에 따라서 10w 미만도 나오는 것 같다 여하튼 무게가 1kg를 약간 넘는 패널이라 휴대성 때문에 구입했다.
отличный отвар, пришло быстро, упаковано замечательно и работает прекрасно, качественное исполнение. но мощность указывается видимо по своим стандартам и максимально пиково заниженная. если нужно реальных 50 ватт выбирайте минимум 100 если будете вращаться за солнцем или больше, но там уже привязка к размеру. в комплекте карабины для подвеса и пыльник на разъемах для хранения и транспортировки.
