⏱️ Order Cancellation

Need to change your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins or the item ships, cancellations are no longer possible.

✅ Full Refund Cases

You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement if:

• The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• You received the wrong item/size/color.
• The item is significantly different from the description.

📦 Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive within 35 business days (excluding processing time), we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.

🔄 Returns Policy

Not satisfied? You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🚫 Exceptions

Refunds cannot be granted if:

• The shipping address provided was incorrect.
• The item was damaged due to customer misuse.
• Hygiene-sensitive items (earrings, undergarments, etc.).
