How much do you charge for shipping?

At Wassally Store, we offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered to Egypt. There are no hidden costs at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

To provide the best value, items are dispatched from global partner warehouses. Estimated delivery is 7–30 business days after dispatch. Processing your order typically takes 1–3 business days.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

While shipping is free, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are determined by your country’s authority and are the customer’s responsibility upon arrival.

📦 Orders & Tracking

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, we will email your tracking details. Updates usually take 2–5 business days to appear in the system. If you don’t see updates after 5 days, contact us at support@wassally.store.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order enters processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
