DDR3L Latpop module that operates at speeds up to 1600 MT/s and has a CL11 latency. It is an Unbuffered SODIMM and can be built either as single-ranked or dual-ranked. It conforms to the industry standard DDR3L SODIMM layout.

The DDR3L default voltage of the memory is 1.35V, which is compatible with both DDR3 1.5V and DDR3L 1.35V at the same time, automatically adapting.

Why is my diagnostic program (CPU-Z etc.) showing that my memory is running at half the frequency?

CPU-Z usually detects the bus frequency of the memory, which is half of the frequency for DDR type memory. DDR (Double Data Rate) data rate provides twice the memory bus frequency. Therefore, if the memory bus speed is 1200MHz and you are using DDR4-2400 memory, the RAM is running at the correct speed.
