We offer international shipping to many countries and regions worldwide. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. The estimated delivery window is 7–45 business days (excluding processing time).
How do you ship packages?
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers based on your destination, the product’s size/weight, and the fulfillment warehouse. Carrier options may include ePacket, EMS, USPS, and other comparable services.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to many destinations worldwide. In rare cases, we may be unable to deliver to certain locations due to carrier restrictions or local regulations. If shipping is not available for your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What about customs, duties, and taxes?
Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s customs authority. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipment may be subject to such charges upon arrival.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by destination and the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery is 7–45 business days (not including processing time).
*Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, and peak seasons.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days of shipment, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
Tracking updates can take 2–5 business days to appear, depending on the carrier. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking update, please contact us and we’ll help.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages (for example, if they are fulfilled from different warehouses). If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 12 hours). Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. You can request a refund or reshipment if:
- You did not receive the product within the maximum estimated delivery window of 45 business days (excluding processing time).
- You received the wrong item.
- You do not want the product you’ve received — you may request a refund, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused (where a return is required/available).
We do not issue refunds if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (for example, providing an incorrect shipping address).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wassally Store (for example, customs clearance delays, carrier disruptions, or natural disasters).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://wassally.store or our logistics partners.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the maximum estimated delivery window (45 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days (timing may vary by payment provider).
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Accidentally ordered the wrong size, it still fits though, just a little tight (should have gotten an M) The quality is decent, the white lines folded over pretty ugly out of the bag, but after ironing on low heat it looks pretty good!
