Production Description:
Improved compressed point coupling technology: the ultra-fine laser focus range is reduced to 0.05 x 0.05mm. The high-density laser can easily cut 20 mm thick plywood and 30 mm thick black acrylic. Can directly engrave mirror metal made of stainless steel, ceramic, glass, engraving and cutting speed. It is 40% higher than the ordinary model, and the extreme cutting effect is comparable to that of a 300W CO2 laser engraving machine.
24W ultra high power: use the currently most stable 24W laser module with high optical performance. The latest coupling technology of four fiber encapsulated 6W high performance 6W lasers with long optical waist can cut 18mm paulownia wood boards, 10mm black acrylic sheets, 15mm lime plywood, 5mm MDF and 5-layer laser-specific vinyl, and even a 0.05mm thick stainless steel at one time cut piece. It also features a fixed focus design and can focus quickly and accurately in 10 seconds.
Blue light laser packaging process of the second generation: The A24Pro laser adopts the second-generation fiber compression packaging process. The fiber beam compresses the laser, further compressing the laser point size and significantly improving the cutting ability. It additionally improves the heat dissipation efficiency of high-performance lasers and extends the life of the lasers.
Bundling of the tank chain and new clogging-free laser: to make the machine structure more stable, Atomstack A24 Pro uses a solution for bundling the tank chain wires. The wiring harness runs smoothly without tangling and improves the life of the cable. The new A24 laser features an integrated, tool-free focus module and a double-layer wind catcher, which ensures long-term use without clogging or contaminating the lens and thus significantly extends the life of the laser.
No installation required, ready to use immediately: the total frame of the ATOMSTACK A24Pro laser engraving machine is made of aluminium alloy. It is ready to use without installation and has excellent structural stability. Stable and fast structure, the lower frame is shaped in one piece, and the X-axis metal has a two-axis guide rail structure.
