How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your destination and the shipping option you choose. Some orders may qualify for free shipping.

Will I be charged any shipping, customs, or duties fees?

Any shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees (if applicable) are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

When will you ship my order?

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery is 7–45 business days after dispatch (excluding processing time). Delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, holidays, or peak seasons.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking details. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of shipment, contact us at support@wassally.store.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at support@wassally.store. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it may no longer be possible to cancel.
