Q: How do I set up the mat?
Lay your mat down on a flat surface. (unless it is a soft mat where then it can be folded and bent)
Plug the controller into the mat and then plug the other end into a power outlet.
Press the power button on the controller and set the temperature to your desired heat.
Let the mat preheat for about 30 minutes. Cover the whole mat with a blanket for even heat distribution . The cover / blanket will trap in the heat.
If your mat has the PEMF or Photon Lights turn those features on right before you go on the mat.

Q: What temperature should I use the mat at?
A: We suggest starting out at 30-50 degrees Celsius. 50 degrees Celsius is suitable for most 30-60 minute sessions. 30 degrees Celsius is suitable for longer times on the mat like if you sleep on the mat. For shorter and less frequent sessions, 

if you wish to have your mat warmer, turn the temperature up to a maximum of 70 degrees Celsius. (Note: these are internal mat temperatures 

and surface temperature is less).

Q: Why is the mat actual temperature different from what I set the Temperature to? Why does the Temperature change?
A: For the first 20-30 minutes when you first turn the mat Infrared heating on the temperature will start rising to what you set for your temperature set point.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wassally Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
