How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wassally Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Perfectos,bien cosidos y buena calidad,normalmente uso la talla XXL,pedi la 5KL y me van perfectos,incluso si hubiera pedido la 4XL entrarian en mi tallaje,hay que pedir 2 tallas mas de la que usais normalmente,mido 1,75 y el peso 104 Kg complexion fuerte,por eso los calzones me queda como un guante y no me aprietan por ningun lado,sin duda un gran acierto,compre 10 pares,sin duda los volveria a comprar.

난무하는 뻥스펙속에서 사이즈마저 뻥싸이즈로 태그 붙였다가 안맞는다고 항의가 많았는지 이번에는 사이즈태그 다 잘라내 버리고 배송한것 외에는, 제품은 아주 좋습니다. XXL이 175/95 태그가 붙어있었는데, 키170/몸무게70에 딱맞아요. 오각을 생각하셨던 분들은 약간 짧다고 느낄수 있어요. 그렇다고 옆이 터무니없이 끈처럼 짧은 완전 삼각은 아니고, 한국 JD나 BYC 등에서 나오는 삼각을 빙자한 오각보다는 좀 더 젊은삼각에 가까워요. 요즘 트랜드가 트렁크쪽이라 삼각파들이 멸종되고 있는 와중에 이 가격에 이정도 제품이면 아주 좋을 수 밖에 없어요. 저도 5매 구매해서 입어본 후 10매 추가구매한 경우예요. 재잘은 순면 맞구요, 온수세탁후 줄어듦 없어요. 박음질한 실은 면실이 아니고 인조사예요. 약간이라도 풀려서 실끝 나와있으면 피부 민감하신 분들은 발적할 수도 있겠어요.이건 B사나 J사등 다 마찬가지니 어쩔 수 없죠.

Mutandine in cotone leggero ben confezionate. Per come me che solitamente indosso la taglia 7 bisogna ordinare la taglia XXXL perché la XXL sono un po' strette. Ne ordinerò ancora con la taglia appropriata per me. Grazie

170cm 68Kg XXL 타이트하지 않게 맞음. 작다는 평이 많아서 타이트하게 맞을줄 알았는데 한사이즈만 업하면 될거같기도 함. 세탁후 줄어들지 늘어날지 추이를 보고 줄어들면 타이트하게 딱 맞을게고, 늘어나면 한사이즈 줄여서 주문해야할듯.
