1. 上架的商品都是有现货的，您下单后我们会及时排单配货，在排单的时候会直接输入单号点击发货，排单后正常24-48小时左右发货。订单比较复杂的需久点，遇到缺货等情况时间另算.
2. 批发货物同系列产品会有多色多款一律混色混款出货，不指定颜色。有要求的下单请备注，我们会尽力满足，但不确定全部都能满足，如因颜色和款式不符合，将不予退货。（一定要按要求颜色或款式发货的，请在订单里写清楚颜色或款式无法按要求配货请不要发货，否则默认订单要求的款式或颜色不齐可用其它款式或颜色替补）
3.本店商品种类繁多，订购多种商品的买家请注意了，若订单内有少部分商品无货或货量不足，我们会按缺货处理，您在收到货后缺货商品退款给您。一定要货齐才发货或货不齐不要货的亲们订单时请在订单写明哦~ 若无标注均按货不齐可做缺货处理。

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
