How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wassally Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Buty są naprawdę super wykonane i warte swojej ceny, ale są dość mocno amortyzujące i do zwykłego chodzenia na bieżni po prostu są zbyt miękkie. Natomiast jeśli ktoś typowo biega, wydają się naprawdę rewelacyjnym rozwiązaniem. Materiały użyte są wysokiej jakości, a do butów dostałem gratis w postaci skarpetek. To naprawdę wysoki europejski poziom, taki jak Adidas czy Nike.

좋은 제품을 저렴한 가격에 구매하게 되서 너무 즐겁습니다. 역시 바닥 쿠션이 정말 좋고, 리커버리용 혹은 과체중이신분들 처음 조깅용으로 매우 추천 합니다. 5만원 미만이면 구매 추천 드립니다. 사이즈는 발볼 EE기준 실제 260 주로 270신으면 살짝 남는 사이즈인데, 41기준 앞코가 딱 맞습니다. 다음엔 42주문 하려합니다.

3번째 구매입니다. 가성비 최고의 러닝화인데 쿠션이 좋아서 일상화로도 그만이예요. 저는 정사이즈 235 샀고 남편은 나이키 260신는데 40사이즈(260)하니 여유있다고 합니다.
신발 너무 편하고 좋네요. 전 정사이즈 주문했고 이게 딱 좋네요. 후기 중에 크게 나와서 한사이즈 작게 사신 분들 계시던데 제 발은 정사이즈가 맞네요. 발볼 좀 넓으신 분들은 정사이즈로 하시면 될 듯 합니다. 다른 색상 또 사고 싶은데 가격이 올라서 좀 봐야겠네요.
뉴발란스 모어 신고 있는데 번갈아 신을 런닝화를 찾던 중에 우연히 알리에서 one mix 를 발견했습니다. 유투브에 있는 리뷰가 너무 좋아서 기대하고 있었는데 기대를 저버리지 않았어요. 뉴발란스 모어 보단 조금 쿠셔닝이 단단하지만 뉴발란스 860보다는 부드러운 쿠셔닝입니다. 오자마자 산책 다녀왔는데 착화감도 좋아요. 곧 러닝하러 나갈건데 기대가 되네요.

Though I went through quite an ordeal to locate and receive this package, due to the undesirable logistics company that handled the poor shipping and unprofessional delivery, once I got hold of the package and tried it out on a run, the comfort and performance eased all the unfortunate logistics stress. I will at all times recommend this product to anyone. I have ordered another of the same for my wife, and hope to order another for a friend, if I don't have another bad experience with the logistics company (GhanaPost).

Carefully select the size according to the size chart. The sneakers are designed for wide feet. If the size is too big, your foot will not fit well in the shoe. This is dangerous for running and uncomfortable for walking. For runners with narrow feet, they will be uncomfortable even in the right size.
