Operation panel description !!!

1.Set key :

Factory default: temperature 37.8, humidity 60%RH, (Note: the machine has already set the optimal temperature and humidity for hatching, it is not recommended to change the parameter values by yourself)

Press the set button to enter the setting mode
Base temperature change: Click the “SET” button, then press the “+” button, the latter “-” button, adjust to the desired temperature value.

2.Work indicator :

The indicator light is always on: the heating tube is working
The indicator light flashes: the temperature is close to the reference temperature, (this phenomenon is normal)

3.Display :

The normal working range of temperature (37.3°C-38.3°C) is lower than 37.°C, higher than 38.6°C, alarm, and the ambient temperature does not exceed 30°C. In principle, the ambient temperature is at least 10°C lower than the set temperature.
The normal working range of humidity (50%-70%), lower than 40%, higher than 75%, alarm, the operating environment humidity does not exceed 70%, the high and low humidity in a short time will not affect the hatching

4.Detect egg turning function :

Press the plus button to observe whether the egg tray is flipped, the factory default is to automatically flip the eggs once every 90 minutes

5.Machine test :

After the circuit is connected, turn on the power, add 50-1002mL of water into the minimum compartment, test the machine for 2 hours, press the “+” button on the control panel to check whether the egg turning is normal, the temperature is about 37.8, and the humidity is about 60%. It is normal, and the humidity is less than 60%, then add 50-100mL of water to hatch (note: if the humidity is too high, do not need to adjust, when the humidity is lower than 55%, add a small amount of water)

6.Egg selection

Fertilized eggs that are 4-7 days old, no feces, no cracks, no broken egg liquid pollution, 15-30 degrees environment preheating for 24 hours, after the test machine, lay the eggs and put them into the incubator.

7.Incubator

21 days for eggs, 28 days for duck eggs, 30 days for goose eggs, 18 days for pigeon eggs, 18 days for quail eggs, and 28 days for peacock eggs. The incubation period is different. All eggs are divided into 2 stages, the early stage and the later stage, and the later stage refers to the incubator. In the last 3 days of the period, the number of days varies according to the incubation period in the early stage. Please take out the hatching net in the early stage, and take out the egg tray in the last three days before placing it in the hatching net.
The following uses eggs as an example to explain the instructions. For hatching eggs, the temperature does not need to be adjusted throughout the incubation period. The temperature is always 37.8. Add 1-2 pots of water every day. The humidity is about 60% in the early incubation period and about 75% in the late incubation period. (This method is suitable for those who have no incubation experience.) Please consult the company’s technical after-sales service for other types of incubation.

8.According to eggs

Inexperienced, can not see before hatching, put it in the machine to incubate for 7 days, leaving obvious bloodshot, pick out the undeveloped ones that are transparent or no bloodshot.

9.Water injection

There are two water injection holes on the side of the machine. Use a kettle to add 50-100mL of water to the smallest grid of the water tank. If the humidity is not enough, add other water tank grids in turn. According to the air humidity in each area, the size of the machine is different, and the amount of water added is also slightly There are differences. If the humidity is lower than 50%, add water in an appropriate amount. The humidity is occasionally high or low, which will not affect the hatching. It should not be high or low all the time.

10.Spray or cold eggs

After hatching for 18 days, (eg eggs), use the provided watering can and 40 degrees of warm water to spray a few times above the eggs, the sprayed mist will naturally fall on the eggs, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, and can be opened after spraying Cool the eggs with the lid of the machine for about 5-10 minutes, and then close the lid of the machine. If the eggs are not hot, you do not need to cool the eggs.

11.last step

In the last three days, pick the eggs from the egg tray to the hatching net, and place them at will. At this time, there is no need to turn the eggs, but the humidity in the past few days should reach about 75% to prevent the eggshell from being too hard to break. Pick up the egg skin, wait for the chick feathers to dry, take it out from the incubator, find a cardboard box and put a light bulb in it to slowly dewarm and raise it

This process takes 7-10 days, and the dewarming temperature is about 30 degrees.
