I have received it very well packed. Just to make a test, in a sunny afternoon, in September, I got 80 mA, that exceed my expectation (normally solar panels are rated for 1kw mq radiation. In my country the real one is around 800 w/mq in Summer, so I really expected not more than 60mA). Panels come without any cable and electronic. Then you need a small mppt to get back the power. This is how panels work.
