instructions:
Selection of power supply
1: 12V lead-acid battery, required battery capacity 20-40AH (if it exceeds 45AH, please contact customer service for current limiting methods, directly connecting the battery may burn the MOSFET)
2: The model airplane battery requires 3S-4S, and the product of capacity (AH) and discharge rate (60C is the discharge rate of 60) is more suitable between 100-300A.
3: The car starter requires 12V, EC5 interface, and peak current not exceeding 300A.
4: Do not use switch power supplies, transformers, chargers, water batteries, or power banks for power supply.
Current limiting method: Please prepare a 1.5-square meter wire, with one end connected to the positive terminal of the battery and the other end connected to the positive input of the welding machine control board. If the spot welding force is not enough, you can gradually reduce the length of the wire (1 meter ->0.75 meters ->0.5 meters ->0.3 meters), test patiently step by step, do not skip steps, and weld firmly in gear 30. The current limiting line is the appropriate length.

Usage method
1: Short press the mode button to switch between D and R modes, long press the mode button for 1 second to switch display modes (gear display, temperature display, voltage display), long press the mode button for 2 seconds to turn off the device, and long press the mode button for 2 seconds to turn it back on when it is turned off.
2: Assuming that d10 is displayed in gear 10, press the gear shift button to increase the gear, and assuming r10 is displayed, press the gear shift button to decrease the gear.
3: The gears should be increased sequentially from 0-1-2, and should not be bypassed, such as 0-30, which may easily burn the board. Be sure to pay attention.
When spot welding, keep the nickel sheet and battery surface flat, and there should be no gaps in the fit. When spot welding, tilt the probe slightly and do not apply force. Just touch gently, as applying force may not tighten the spot.
