Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

The first one I bought 1 year ago. I tried it exactly in -5 Celsius and didn't felt the cold. I used this for a whole winter (washed in a washing machine and dried in a dryer) and the material is a bit loose now but performs as good as a new one. In this winter I bought some for myself and my family members (they are very satisfied as well)
