Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

My front doesn’t change that much there’s a slight line but on the sides there’s a HUGE difference, there’s a lot of padding and it comes with extra loops to extend the band but I use the smallest setting and u can tighten the straps
