I use size S or M usually. I reccomend getting XL as it will sit comfortably on the hips, but L might be if you want it tighter on the waist
Small size, so size up. I'm normally an S but bought M, which fits perfectly.. Has safety shorts attached, however I removed them as zip was on side, and I prefer zip on back, and also fits 'better without shorts attached.
