This is nice quality. The material is a close weave with a soft touch. It works well as a windbreaker but is a bit breathable. I tried it in temps from 13-18 deg over a long sleeved jersey and undershirt. Once warmed up at 13-14 deg it was comfortable, but before that I needed a light jacket over the top. At 17-18 deg I had to undo it and then later remove it once I warmed up - it folded up nicely into a pocket. Sizing: Good fit at size "S" as per the size chart (178cm, 75kg, 97cm chest, 85cm waist). There are stretchy bits under the arms + elastic waistband but the other fabric does not stretch Only small amounts of sag, no flapping. Arm holes are small. Colour: Web doesn't show backs, the red has an ugly green patch. Pockets are a good size but not stretchy. No reflective print or strips. Conclusion: For $10 this is a great vest. If it had a big brand written on it and a couple of reflective stripes I wouldn't be surprised to pay $50-100 for it in a bike shop.

I am 179cm, 75kg - M fits like a glove. Good quality, Good rubbers hold vest at waist. Great quality value ratio. I would prefer to have holes behind to use jersey pockets, but its pockets are fine.
