I'm 175cm, 65kg. I was able to wear "US-S (Asian-L)", but it felt a little tight around the shoulders. "US-M (Asia XL)" fit perfectly. The fabric isn't very stretchy, but it's warm. But fabric tends to get stuffy and has no moisture wicking or release properties, so it's not suitable for hiking or sports. Overall I'm happy with it, but my only question is whether it will be durable enough to last for long periods of time.
