How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wassally Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

이런거 몇번 조립해 보신분들은 잘 아시는 얇은 나무합판이구요. 방향 잘보고 조립해야하구요. 잘못조립했다가 분해하다보면 약한 부분들이 쉽게 뽀개집니다. 부품에 따라 여유분도 있구요. 조립후 시험해봤는데 잘 되네요. 만일을 위해 순간접착제 등이 필요할 수 있습니다.

Great set and you get some extra pieces like of the tracks because they are super fine and easy to break. Was satisfying to build and the marble run works well with the balls you get in the package
이거 빨리 만들어보고 싶은데 아이가 아직 관심이 없네요; 사이즈가 작아서 거의 뭐 제가 만들게 생기긴 했는데ㅎ 색칠까지하면 잼날듯해요. 교육적인듯해서 종류별로 다 사볼까 합니닷ㅎ.
완성전이지만 품질은 아주 괜찮아보이네요 박스가 찌그러진건 아쉽지만 안에 내용물은 괜찮았고 드라이버까지 지급해줘서 추가 공구가 필요없는건 좋았습니다 한국에서도 마트같은데 가보면 이런제품들 많으니 실물로보고 여기서 주문 하면 될듯
Surpried that it comes with lots of duplicate parts that may be prone to breaking while assembling. Took me 3 houra to build, while taking my time with it. The instructions are sufficient, but could be better, specially towards the end, where some steps are not explained, and you have to join some assembly ramps. Other than that, it is pretty fun to build and play with. I broke 0 pieces, so proof that it can be done. Fully recommend for almost any age, but younger kids may need adult help for ramp assembly.

Looks to be a puzzle of some kind - somewhat wooden, and likely in 3d. Will investigate. It makes me look pretty, so it’s got that going for it.
Дуже класна гра. Дитина в захваті. Складається просто. Є багато запасних деталей, особливо тоненьких. Знизу все закріплюється маленькими шурупами, вони теж є запасні.
the order arrived quickly and undamaged. the packaging is excellent. the order arrived quickly. it looks great. there are no instructions. there is no packaging for the pieces. all of the kits were mixed together and wrapped in bubble wrap. they are simple to assemble and duplicate, so there is no real problem.
