How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Wassally Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

La montre vos largement son prix, c'est ma deuxième ! Mais je ferais une remarque qu'en à l'emballage ! Le colis est si près de la bulle avec scotch très serré qu'il est quasiment impossible de ne pas abîmer le coffret et son carton de maintien. C'est dommage pour offrir. Donc ATTENTION ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour une montre vraiment originale, foncez !

Sorvolo sull'estetica perché è soggettiva anche se a me fa impazzire, ma vi parlo degli aspetti oggettivi. È davvero un gran bel pezzo, realizzato benissimo, le lancette grandi di ore e minuti sembrano interamente metalliche ma hanno al centro un sottilissima striscia di superluminova che le rendono visibilmente fino al mattino,fondo scheletrato con volano decorato e personalizzato dalla casa come pure la parte metallica che alloggia il vetro, corona personalizzata, cinturino bello solido e anch'esso personalizzato tutto come nei grandi orologi, e il prezzo? 55 euro!!!

Выглядят очень круто. Единственное, что - это стрелки серебряного цвета не очень смотрятся на серебряном циферблате.
bello ma forse è più leggibile bianco. Comoda la lancetta per monitorare il livello di carica. Dopo la notte, per averlo a pieno regime, bisogna dare qualche giro di corona. Da dilettante, ho aperto il fondello per regolare meglio l'orologio (racchetta e porta pitone) e sembra che sia riuscito a portarlo ad una +1 o 2 secondo al giorno. Risultato incredibile, da non crederci... Se si pensa a meccanismi di lusso inraggiungibili per comuni mortali... Vedremo nel tempo quanto durerà. Comunque ad oggi sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto a meno di € 60 un orologio meccanico con movimenti seagull (sarebbe stato carino sapere la versione) Consigliato, con poco ed hai un orologio meccanico, perfettamente funzionante che non ha nulla a che fare con il quarzo .....
El reloj es precioso. Vino muy bien envuelto y en pocos días. Viene muy bien ajustado de fábrica (5 segundos al dia) y los mecanismos son fáciles de ajustar. Un 10 sobre 10.

Hervorragende sehr schöne Uhr. Läuft in einer Woche etwa 15 Sekunden langsamer, damit kann man leicht leben. Verpackung ist auch sehr gut. Für 50€ kann man nichts verkehrt machen wenn man sich die Uhr zulegt. Die Gangreserve beträgt ca 22 Stunden was vollkommen ausreichend ist.
Carnival has been an outlier coming ever so closer to the top of the line pack.This is my second exceptional model from Carnival.The dial has three complication where the power subdial is only found on mechanical watches costing hundreds of dollars u.s.d.the color is rich with a lively finish.This case is polished and feels good.the see thru case back shows the signed wheel and good looking movement. the threaded crown looks good but could feel better, the leather strap with butterfly closure are a nice touch.Placed on the grapher and it's within a few seconds daily with a 21600 beat rate. Arrived calibrated with papers, tag and nice quality box.This offering is a banger works from office to dinner out.Arrived ahead of schedule very well packaged.would reccomend to anyone thinking about this model.Grab before it's over a hundred usd.

Je suis très satisfait de cet achat, je porte cette montre depuis 2 heures et je trouve qu'au vue du prix c'est un très beau garde-temps. Le mode d'emploie ne correspond pas à la montre. ? Ce qui fait que j'ai eu du mal à comprendre le réglage du 2ème fuseau horaire mais une fois que j'ai compris comment le faire fonctionner je n'ai plus eu de problème. Belle montre, belle finition, excellent achat.
